Hey, I got a Dell i5 64 bit on which I was microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup solved free download Office for past 2 years. So I uninstalled Office from control Panel and tried to reinstall it. But despite my efforts, it wouldn't install and also at the end gives the error of Boot strapper. Here is what I have done up till now:. I am olus tired and dont know what to do. I have tried everything on different forums but no use.

Please help! First of all it is not good idea to uninstall Office If you have a problem you can go to control panel and instead of uninstalling office right click on it and then click on change.

You will be given two choices, quick repair and online repair. The online repair reinstalls Office but retains your settings etc. If that does not work see if they can assist you at Answer Desk technical help.
